Our organization and its museum would, quite simply, not exist without volunteers. It was founded by a handful of inspired, committed, and hard-working community members. It has been growing and improving thanks to volunteer labor ever since.

But with growth and time comes more diversity and complexity of our operations. We would greatly benefit from more ideas and insight, more enthusiasm, energy, and inspiration — in other words, more volunteers! If you are interested in joining our team you will be happily and sincerely welcomed.

The History Center has opportunities for volunteers of all interests and abilities, from clerical and organizational to technical work, from socially-oriented projects to solitary ones, from promotion to gardening.

To volunteer, please complete the form below.

First, thank you! In your message, please let us know the kind of role you would be interested in playing at the History Center. What particular skills and interests do you have that are relevant to our organization and programming? This will help us understand how best to follow up with you.
